What a great weekend this was again and what great guests that stayed. We all had fun in the bar on Saturday night. Barry took on the kids in the bar this weekend to try beat his high score on the Wii ( no hope - Barrys score is still No1). We also tried to get the mums and dads to get up and do "Just Dance 2" but most refused - guess they needed a few more drinks. One of our guests had a new magic trick that Barry did not know (that really drove him crazy) and he hates it when he can't figure out how a trick was done. In the end Alan gave him a clue and now he is happy again. I guess he will be trying to do it all week now. (Thanks for that Alan).
This week sees the seafront road re-open in front of Balckpool Tower. The road has been closed for about 5 months while the works on the promenade continue. The whole see front is looking grand now and we are looking forward to seeing it finished ready for September and the Big switch on. The Tower should also be fully open and finished in September.
Blackpool just keeps getting better and better.
We took the kids down the the Pleasure Beach this week and it seems that Barry had more fun than our kids. We all got very wet on SpongeBobs Splash Bash and had a great day out. With 12 new rides which adults can ride too!!! When you come to Blackpool its a must see for all.
