Standard tariff for our rooms is an average of £25 per person and children £12.50 per night.

So Double/ Twin rooms are around £50 per night and family rooms around £75 per night
(2 year olds and under are free and not part of the price).

HOW TO MAKE YOUR BID
* Always put the maximum rate you can afford to pay. i.e. If the room rate is £75, and you bid £10 there is a chance, that we will not even reply. Only serious bids are ever considered.

* The shorter the notice the best deal you can get. However you should bid at least 12hrs before you are due to arrive at the hurstmere to have your bid accepted.

* If you state on the enquiry form that you do not require parking at the hotel, that may be an additional reason for us to accept a lower deal!

* Most of the accepted offers are in the region of 10-25% discount from the standard rates. So try to bid within this range to significantly increase the chance of your rate being accepted. Note that bids under 50% of a rate are usually ignored. This is a one step auction, so please enter the highest price you are ready to pay today.

* Once you have placed your bid for your room we will usaully reply via e-mail to you with a discount code within 24hrs of your bid being placed.

* You need to phone the Hurstmere on 01253 345843 and state the discount code. Full payment is required if your bid is accepted either with a credit or debit card. We reccomend travel insurance as no refunds for any reason will be permmitted should you cancel, change the booking or fail to show up.

*No money can be refunded for any reason once booked.

* On arrival at the Hurstmere, the person who paid the bid and provided their address will need to show the same credit card and proof of your address at recpetion as ID
