I booked a double room for my girlfriend and myself. it cost £25 per person and at the last minute my sister booked the last double room this was good value for money as i've seen some of the cheaper hotels first hand! The hotel is fine except the cold tap would not turn off sometimes. The loo seat was a bit loose. Breakfast was very good and they had very sercure parking for free. they only let couples and families stay so we had a good nights sleep, no noise. I would recommend the hotel to anyone. Good location very close to front near south and central

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The rooms were clean and warm. Barry & Andrea really made our trip one to remember with their warm pleasent welcome and great entertainment. I was there
for a week and didn't go out in blackpool at night as the entertainment was so good in the hotel bar. The breakfast is made fresh when you come down and can choose from many different types. I can't wait to go back to this hotel. 10/10 for this hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for a 3 night weekend break and found from the moment you walked in the front door the warmest welcome you could have ever wished for! Barry and Andrea were the perfect hosts, and you were made to feel like friends from the second you arrived. The hotel is the best value for money stay we have had (and we consider ourselves seasoned weekend breakers!) our rooms was clean, warm, and equipped with everything we needed. The freshly cooked breakfasts are spot on, and set you up for the day, the service is outstanding.
The on site and garaged car parking is excellent, the garage is secure and alarmed - what a break from the norm to have no worries about your car for the entire weekend! The location of the hotel is great - there really is no need to use the car once you have arrived. It is a stones throw from the seafront, and only a few minutes (pleasant) walk from the pleasure beach or the Tower, if you really dont fancy walking there is a tram stop about 300 yards away!!
Some good places to eat in the evening close by. The bar at the Hurstmere offers all you could need for laughs and relaxing - and Barry will not fail to entertain as the host!
Overall we highly recommend this hotel - you really wont beat it on value for money and service.
